Mission and Principles

Our Team Principles
Integrity
If I am silent, I agree with what we discuss in meetings
If I do not agree, I express my thoughts and ideas
I live up to my commitments
If, in the critical time before deadline, the agreement fails, I communicate it to all parties involved
If I fail, I am honest about it and ask for help
In the work of an investigator of the law of the state in which the client works
We write NDAs between the company and the experts
Full involvement
Have an answer to any question from colleagues on the project
Tell what the planned timeline for the next step is
Talk about what the challenges are and give options to address them
Asking questions until the information is sufficiently assimilated and transparent
Result
Draw up clear criteria for the result of the acceptance of the work and agree them with the customer before the start of the project
Formulate intermediate results with success criteria and check against them
If the plan is violated, suggest new steps for further action
After completion of the job, ask the customer for feedback
Analyze mistakes and take experiences into account when planning next steps to achieve results
Treat colleagues and customers with respect
If the client or colleague has an opinion on a political issue, religion, nationality, etc., communicate only on professional subjects
Are on time for meetings
If you have made promises, keep your word
Find the most constructive solution possible so that all sides benefit
If I personally do not like a decision or the behavior of a colleague or a customer, but it does not endanger the results and colleagues or customers do not ask me to talk about it, I keep my opinion to myself and accept their choice.
Simplicity.
When making a work plan, I look for a minimum number of steps to follow
When presenting an idea or solution, express myself in as simple words as possible without losing meaning
Breaking down a large task into subtasks, getting simple steps to achieve the goal
It’s better to make it simple but get a result than to develop it long and complex while striving for perfection
Development/Curiosity.
Read books, websites, articles to continually develop expertise
Know the best trends in your expertise
Asking colleagues for feedback
If you want to give feedback, ask if a colleague wants to hear it
Have a development plan for their expertise that they can share, at least for the year ahead
Think globally
In thinking through any process, think about scalability
Focus on what is possible, not what is impossible
In creating new ideas or processes, consider the Mission
Positive
I joke and smile
I tell fun and funny stories
Even the toughest challenges are approached with words that carry the message that everything will be okay
